How do you get hired - What is the selection process at Guid.New?
In addition to your professional qualifications, we attach great importance to your character traits - conformity with our corporate values is a basic requirement for employment at Guid.New.
After we have given you a positive response to your application documents, we will (ideally) invite you to three meetings to get to know each other. The first meeting will take place via video conference, further interviews and a possible trial work will take place in our office.

Send us your application documents (CV, cover letter, references, work samples ...) to jobs@guidnew.com or upload them via our website. You will receive an email confirming that we have received all your documents.
Check
Our HR department and the responsible specialist department will review your documents. We will contact you within 10 working days to let you know whether your profile matches the advertised position. If your application has convinced us, you will receive an invitation to an introductory interview.
Nice to meet you
In our first interview, you will talk to our HR department and the responsible specialist department. All candidates receive feedback within one week of our first meeting.
Meet the team
If you convinced us at the first interview, you will now get to know your future colleagues and your work area. You can also expect a few tasks from your specialist area. This way, you too can get a good picture of your future working environment and area of responsibility.
Welcome on board
Searched and found! If it is a good fit for both sides, all contractual details will now be clarified and you will receive your employment contract from us.

We prepare for each interview individually. On our website www.guidnew.com and our social media channels you can also get an overview of our company and our service portfolio in advance. And don't worry if one or the other term doesn't mean anything to you yet. We have a professional and structured onboarding programme where you will get to know the terminology of our industry and, of course, Guid.New's products and services.
